The Utah Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands (FFSL) issued a notice rescinding the Stage 2 fire restrictions in place in Washington County, including Dammeron Valley, Diamond Valley, Brookside, Gunlock, and Veyo.

The Dammeron Valley Fire & EMS Training Center will be holding a community Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR training course on Tuesday, 20 January from 6PM to 9PM at Station 13.

Dammeron Valley Fire & Rescue (DVFR) and the Dammeron Valley Fire Special Service District (DVF-SSD) continue to monitor the status of the implementation of UT House Bill 48 – “Wildland Urban Interface Modifications,” which went into effect 1 January 2026.
